RETURNS & REPAIR POLICY

I strive to provide the utmost satisfaction to my customers and want you to be happy with your order. I will honor returns
only if an item has not been worn and is returned within 14 days of delivery receipt. The customer will be responsible for
the cost of return shipping on any returns or exchanges, (package must include delivery confirmation and be properly
packaged). Custom Embellishments does not offer refunds or exchanges on any special order items which include resized
pieces, requested design changes or custom orders. If an item is found to be of defective workmanship within 60 days of
purchase, I will repair/replace/restring your jewelry at no cost to you other than the shipping and delivery confirmation
costs to get it back to me. After 60 days any costs to repair/replace/restring and any shipping costs on both ends are
your responsibility. If the item has broken, please do your best to recover any pieces that may have fallen. Sometimes the
item used to create your design may not be replaceable, so the more original pieces I have returned to me the better. In
cases where the supplies connot be duplicated, substitutions of an item with a similar color/size/texture may be
necessary. Please note: Before returning ANY item you MUST first contact me at

SHIPPING

All items are one of a kind pieces and are ready to be shipped. Please allow 7 days prior to shipping for items that need
to be altered. For custom orders, please contact me. Orders are shipped twice a week, (Mondays and Fridays). Custom
Embellishments ships via USPS First Class Mail. Your item(s) will be shipped in a box placed in a bubble mailer and all
packages will include delivery confirmation.

If you would like your order to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail it will be a flat rate of $6.00 for unlimited items,
(includes
delivery confirmation).

PAYMENTS

Custom Embellishments accepts payments made by personal check, money order and PayPal. You may directly charge
your purchase using Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. For your security I request that you call me with
this information. Please note sales tax of 6.5% will be added to all Minnesota orders.

If paying by personal check please allow an additional 10 business days for delivery. There will be a $25 charge added
on all returned checks.

What is PayPal?
PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending an e-mail. Members can instantly and securely send money to
anyone in the US with an e-mail address. Recipients are notified by e-mail that they have received a payment.

Why should I use PayPal?
PayPal is less time-consuming than making a trip to the ATM or writing and mailing a personal check, and unlike checks,
which can take days to clear, PayPal transactions clear instantly.

Does PayPal cost anything?
PayPal is absolutely FREE for consumers.
